At 2025 SAVA Carbon Bikes, we stand behind the performance of our high-grade carbon fiber frames and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery provided the bicycle is in its original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully disassemble the bike and place it back into its original factory packaging, ensuring all carbon components are padded to prevent transit damage.

  Shipping and Logistics

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional courier pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bike's condition and frame integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
